The Lunar Gateway is a space station that will orbit the moon that will enable lunar landings, research, relay communications with earth and other lunar surface assets, provide a safe haven for crews, ect. It will be the first manned spacecraft using electric propulsion.
This kit contains 3D printed, resin, styrene, and photo-etched components. It is highly detailed and was designed to allow all appendages (solar arrays, radiators, robotic arm) to fully articulate. The robotic arms can be repositioned around the exterior of the model at specific grapple points, similar to the real Gateway. This kit includes three visiting vehicles (crew and cargo) that can be interchanged with a number of external ports. This kit was also designed to allow the modeler to build various configurations during the assembly phase through assembly complete.
